The first out of 5 Running Clinics will take place on Saturday, 24 April 2010, in Kuala Lumpur. Join us from 8am - 10am and be part of the first Running Clinic for the Standard Chartered KL Marathon 2010 at Lake Gardens (Taman Tasik, Tapak A). Pick up invaluable tips from Mark Williams as he covers informative and useful topics during the 2 hour session including a run.
No Fee will be charged, just bring your running apparel and running shoes with you and changes of clothes after the session.
Every participant will get a booklet with the following topics:-
- Training (including a program for beginners and intermediate)
- Stretching
- Nutrition
- Hydration
- Gear
- Injury Prevention
Registration is free and open for the first 200 runners who send us an email and confirm their participation to the following address:-
